Actually, every state would have these blue dots if we split electoral votes. And every state would be purple if we did a national popular vote. There are MAGAts everywhere, and good people in red states.

The Electoral College sucks. It gives small rural states disproportionate power. It makes politicians focus all of their attention on swing states and ignore the rest of us. It makes it possible to elect presidents who lose the popular vote.

It is POSSIBLE to make it such that the Electoral College and the popular vote always produce the same result without actually amending the Constitution, but you still need a LOT of States on board to make it happen.
