N.J. sues Amazon over unpaid wages to delivery drivers. Company argues state is ‘wrong on the facts.’ Amazon’s been running its “Flex” delivery service on N.J. roads since 2017. But state officials just file a lawsuit accusing the company of shortchanging drivers on pay and sick leave since 2020.
