Paul volunteers as part of our Telephone Friendship Service (TFS). After receiving support for his amputation from other charities, he saw an advert for the service and was immediately interested.

2021: Children in Holderness, Withersea, conducted interviews within their local community about coastal eroding and the changes it brought. After completing the film, the children were considerably more motivated to make a change. One noted “there needs to be more stuff done about climate change”.
In July 2017, when Niger faced widespread flooding, students and young professionals developed a widespread digital map of the country. The students use GeoODK, a smartphone app, to map flood-prone areas, and better advise targeted relief efforts.
Nor Anisa, a student volunteer and young leader in Samarinda City, conducts online and offline education sessions focusing on protecting women and children from climate change related problems.
