Memorial to the 20+ war dogs who were killed in action during the retaking of #Guam in 1944. This can be found on #NavalBaseGuam adjacent to the POW steps, and it is beautifully maintained. It’s easy to see why; they were the best of good boys. #WarDogs #navalhistory #Navy #USMC #USA
