This is the mother of all #nationalsecurity concerns & the FACT that an adversary using military grade tech/weapons on civilians, #neurostrike , is covered up is so shockingly dangerous to the general public. Ppl need to know the capabilities of these technologies being weaponized to manipulate ppl.

In the #WikiLeaks stuff in an overt, formal way the dots were connected from the statement "the world is a battlefield" from the 2nd president bush to how that has actually been made to happen. It's a literal statement. Take #Neurostrike for example, that's global.
I have been hit with #NeuroStrike so many times I likely have brain damage, and a lowed IQ down to 120 after 20 years of combat. I plan to get my brain scanned.
