That main image is a very closeup photocopy-style image of a person in deep shadow and making a face of a disturbed individual with the large eyes staring right at the viewer. Since it is zoomed in so much, their mouth is not visible nor is the top of their head so a lot of neuroticism is conveyed by just the eyes. At the top, the band name appears in a handwritten font that is just wiggly enough to be ready but also on the precipice of the author losing their mind. At the bottom, the record title is slightly thicker and has a period at the end, potentially signifying the end of their descent into chaos?

I listened to the 7" record "Neurotic" by The Bouncing Souls and thought it was 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗬 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 (⭐⭐⭐⭐).
