At a telephone hearing conducted by the #IDAstl hearing officer, I commented on the glaring conflict of interest for McBride's role as board member of 7 SLDC boards & #NexusPAC treasurer. These comments were not included in the hearing minutes, while other comments were accurately reflected. 👀

MBS has made substantial contributions to #NexusPAC since the PAC's formation in 2018; see images 2 & 3.
In the past, Mr. McBride hasn’t recused himself or abstained on resolutions involving MBS.
