#ConflictsOfInterestSTL abound on St. Louis boards.
TIL that BEIB members are paid $50 for each board or subcommittee meeting they attend.
ICYMI: @stateofstlouis.bsky.social takes a dive into the #MECreports of #NexusPAC
Surprise! #ConflictsOfInterestSTL abound for PAC treasurer Matt McBride. His service on SLDC’s development boards spans two decades and four mayors. Currently McBride serves on eight (8) boards.
The widespread obliviousness to flagrant #conflictsofinterestSTL in St. Louis is staggering. 😡
As chair of #LCRAstl & #PortAuthoritySTL, #NexusPAC treasurer Matt McBride is possibly the most powerful unelected person in the City of STL. He sits on 8 boards, inc. the main SLDC board

Given few were bothered by Lyda Krewson being the CFO of PGAV while serving on the BOA, will anyone raise a ruckus over PGAV’s Lindsey Evans serving on LCRA, PIEA, EEZ, LCRA Holdings, LCRARC 1 & 2?

It’s absurd that it’s not standard practice for SLDC to obtain conflict of interest disclosures for members of all development boards staffed by the agency.
The addition of PGAV employee Lindsey Evans to #LCRAstl has already resulted in at least four abstentions or recusals.

Ald. Oldenburg never replied to my Xitter question about development projects in the City of St. Louis that had received New Markets Tax Credits projects from US Bancorp's allocation of Federal NMTCs.

Speaking of #ConflictsOfInterestSTL
Why does the City of St. Louis permit the owner and representatives of a developer GreenStreet to control at least 6 local taxing districts, when GS owes the City over $1.5 M in delinquent.
Today the #PIEAstl board considers another resolution to benefit GS.

MBS has made substantial contributions to #NexusPAC since the PAC's formation in 2018; see images 2 & 3.
In the past, Mr. McBride hasn’t recused himself or abstained on resolutions involving MBS.
