#ThursdayMotivation Have finished the self directed #7day #NoCarChallenge in the time I have been not using the car for work/shopping/leisure etc I have completed 48.6 km which was 64005 steps. Definitley feeling the benefit so will have to figure out a way of continuing while working out of town😇
