After max effort Hackenschmidt squats on this 'lower' day I decided to try #NordicCurls without hand support, and so I raised the bench angle up to 9.4ยฐ from my usual 4.2ยฐ.
I followed up with decline #reverseNordics for BWx2x12. Really loving the depth on the decline with less foot/ankle stress.

Regular #NordicCurls are coming along alright as well. Looking forward to probably ditching hanging ham curls forever, to be honest (they were fine to start, I just didn't feel like playing around with the logistics of adding weight on that particular exercise, and I had gotten to that point).
