After max effort Hackenschmidt squats on this 'lower' day I decided to try #NordicCurls without hand support, and so I raised the bench angle up to 9.4ยฐ from my usual 4.2ยฐ.
I followed up with decline #reverseNordics for BWx2x12. Really loving the depth on the decline with less foot/ankle stress.
One of these days soon I'll walk into a heavy session ready to bring it, but not today. Not all bad though.
#MaxEffort #squats for 320, 340, and a failed 360; still, proud to have gotten under a weight not touched in a year and a half with no knee issues. Then #goodMornings and #reverseNordics.
Whoa, did not think I'd have taken #reverseNordics this far already: fifth session in less than three months and am doing 20 reps (double where I started, though that probably has a bit more to do with my patella than strength) and without too much strain. Now alls I gotta do is to add weight.
Converting to majority #pinSquats as of today. I'm planning on doing these once per week--alternating between the beginning or end of the week--while doing heavy #squats every other week. This is coinciding with also rotating between #pendulumSissySquat and #reverseNordics.
