This year it is noticeably fuller at the commemoration of the #Novemberpogroms at the former synagogue in Levetzowstr., which was severely damaged by its neighbors in 1938 and served as a collection point for the deportations to the concentration and death camps in the east as of '41. #9thNovember

She & her parents survived. Many others in my family weren’t as lucky.

The #Novemberpogroms represent one of the starting points of the greatest crime in human history. It’s anniversary serves as a stark reminder that #NeverAgain has to mean action, fighting the forces of hate.
