Funny, I feel that way after my PT, too.
I recently graduated up to doing a full lap off our rectangular halls. (I can only guesstimate the size, but, I think it's roughly 100 yards.)

A burst of creativity at Sonas Tullow.

Residents created beautiful tissue paper flowers and explored neurographic art during our arts and crafts sessions. A calming activity that supports brain health and creativity.
