Weekend news about high gas prices and I visited a brand NEW home in huge estate. Found #ElectricVehicles charged thru open window, heating from #fossil #gas. Homes are not meeting modern needs & locking in to rising gas prices. UK Future Homes Standard not until 2025. Sigh #NZEB
