⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very interesting and intense fantasy story about colonization, genocide, and the cruelty and hypocrisy that comes with the search for more power. A very important and cathartic book.

I really adored the romance being between two elderly men. Didn’t always feel like the relationships had a ton of depth, but I won’t say I disliked this as a whole. A fun, light, cozy read.

A cozy, quick read. Liked the worldbuilding and the sci-fi elements, but don't think it stuck the landing with heavier topics. Particularly re: cultural appropriation and robots as a marginalized community.

Can't Spell Treason Without Tea by Rebecca Thorne. The two main characters are the epitome of disaster lesbians. A solid bit of day-to-day coziness with some exciting bits thrown in for flavor. Looking forward to sequels.
