I know this is yelling into the wind, but the #ClipperCard (Bay Area #transit) app/web experience is excruciating compared to the Seattle-area #OrcaCard experience.

I can't do almost anything on the Clipper web or app any more - it seems to not let me change my address, register a new card, etc.
