31st Jan is the deadline for all UK Energy Suppliers to offer a tariff with lower Standing Charges for people who don't use much energy. (Unit charges may be a little higher).

So Companies like #OvoEnergy need to get a move on!

Well fancy that. After finally letting #ovoenergy replace our energy meters with SMART ones (they claimed our old ones were obsolete & bullied us relentlessly) the new ones don’t work. We have to read them ourselves & send in readings manually.

My ‘new’ utility provider, #OVOenergy, is making it hard to spend much money on my power bill—free electricity between 11 am and 2 pm and only 103.4 A$ cents supply charge per day. I still love my #PowerPal Bluetooth gateway to keep a live overview on my consumption.

I am emailing them instead. Because I really don't want to spend >1 hour trying to sort out their website problems, and trying to find out if they're going to honour the contract I'm supposed to be on with them. OVO used to be OK, but in recent years it's been pretty bad. #OVOEnergy

I have been unable to access my account via their website for ages, because of the delay in migrating me over. Now I'm finally able to log in there, but the information is wrong. And then their web chat agent was supposed to transfer me to Account management in chat. That was >1 hour ago. #OVOEnergy

Spending >1 hr trying to sort out confusion with my energy supplier, who migrated my account to their new website, & are listing me under the wrong plan there. Apparently they have no way to list the plan I am actually on on the website. Ofc I am worried about being billed correctly. It's #OVOEnergy
