On October 25, russian Colonel Veniamin Mazherin was blown up in his car in the Kemerovo region. According to Ukrainian military intelligence, 45-year-old Mazherin served in the #OMON special unit #Obereg, which committed various war crimes in the Kyiv region in February and March 2022.
