The two are in a dance-like embrace, holding hands in the foreground, while Marco's other hand is around Luly's back, Luly's other hand is holding onto Marco's shirt. Luly's eyes are closed and he's laughing widely, clearly feeling comfortable and enjoying himself. Marco in the meantime only has eyes for his partner, smiling at Luly's face. Both men are showing some chest, their shirts open and Luly's chest has some chest fuzz exposed, which is very rare for him. Marco's wearing a white shirt, while Luly is wearing his iconic coat with a piano pattern on the collar, colored in a kinda desaturated plum-ish purple, with green buttons.
