5 colour one to fifteen thousand orienteering map. Mix of runnabilities with a very large clearfelled area in the east. The area is in three parts. Parkend Walk, south and Cannop Ponds east both still in use with some of the Nags Hill RSPB reserve in the middle - obviously this bit of the forest has not been used for many decades now. A brown screen has been used for very complex areas of pits and knolls. Drawn by Mike Nelson
Parkend 1977. Southern Champs originally then 2 day event 1978 which became the Triple Gloucester.5-7 is now a RSPB reserve.The area is still in use, usually as a Parkend or Cannop Ponds map.
