Sterling silver jewelry I'm making that is almost done. Some of the designs still need cut out and sanded, others just need bails added and the stones set. Unless noted otherwise, these will all be necklaces. Top row: -an impression of a squirrel standing on it's hind legs is on a round medallion style shape. Below the squirrel is a green-black turquoise stone. - an impression of a rooster crowing. Above the rooster there's a bright yellow citrine gemstone, meant to represent the sunrise. - A hair fork with a raised moosehead design against a background of mountains, trees, and a lake. Bottom row: - A bear walking with mountains in the background.below the bear is a large square stone with a design that looks like water and rocks. This is meant to represent bears feeding on salmon in rivers. - A cluster of four similar necklaces. Each is oval with a texture meant to evoke reeds in a pond and each has a design of a pond creature on the bottom and a green gemstone on the top. The pond creatures are: lizard, dragonfly, frog, and wasp - Raised design of a chick above an oval stone that is speckled, this is inspired by "which came first, the chicken or the egg?"

Hours and hours spent picking out stones and critters and designing and making bezels and pressing images and cutting and filing images and texturing sheet metal...

And then comes soldering day and I finally feel like I'm accomplishing something.

A collection of sterling silver pendants and hair forks that I am working on. I've placed the stones in each piece for the picture, they are not set yet. Left is a hair fork with a yellow lampwork glass stone. The stone is pale yellow with green around the edges and red, orange, and purple flowers. Right is a hair fork with a gray and pale puple lampwork glass stone. The flowers on this one are yellowish orange, green, and purple. Six sterling silver pendants in the middle, top left to bottom right: A rose with two leaves above a dark red oval stone. The stone is red ironwood. A sunflower with a yellow citrine gemstone in the middle. A small, plain sunflower. A lampwork glass stone with a dark blue flower is set below a blue topaz gemstone. A small, plain silver flower with pointy petals. A pink tourmaline gemstone with three silver leaves above the stone and a rose flower on the left and on the right.

I'm trying to complete my flowers collection before #summer ends. These pendants and hair forks are currently on the bench.
