Created from a photograph of a moth orchid, this design surprised me in the best way. The symmetry, the colors, the textures. They all shifted into a flower that doesn’t quite exist, but feels like it should.

This is a smaller version of a previous vase I shared. It cracked on the back during glaze firing. It gets to live with me forever. The flops are usually the only pieces that become mine. Happy to keep her.
