Oven tray w chorizo, chicken, shallot, garlic, zucchini, tomato, penne rigate. Looks like a lot more work than it actually was!

Made some changes to use up leftover veggies.
Leeks, celery & paksoi + cod & salmon.
Next time will think of adding the green leaves a little later to the stew!
