・米粉のピザ Rice-Flour Pizza

粉混ぜるところからはじめて1時間弱。手順を覚えちゃえば思ったより簡単にできる。
This pizza took about an hour to make, starting with mixing the rice flour. The sauce was made with tomatoes, onions and maitake mushrooms. It's quite easy once you learn the steps.

ご飯の赤は古代米の赤。雑穀もいっぱいだよ。
This rice is coloured because the brown rice contains millet and ancient rice. This ancient rice is the source of the 'red' colour.

米粉で作るとカリモチ触感で旨い。焼き方は広島焼きマイナス蕎麦。関西焼きはちょっと苦手w
"Okonomiyaki" is usually cooked with wheat flour. But I use rice flour because I like it. It has a delicious crispy and chewy texture. The filling is mostly cabbage😋

I cooked breakfast with leftover vegetables from the fridge.
This pasta was the standard ketchup spaghetti that has evolved in Japan. It's a very common menu item and is called 'Neapolitan' 😊

去年の梅仕事で漬けた梅。今年も漬ける! うんまい!
Do you know what a 'Umeboshi' is? It's a traditional Japanese pickle made from plums. It's extremely sour.

えらく茶色いけどきび砂糖使ってるから。焦げてないよ!
Both cakes and jams are deep brown because they are made from unrefined brown sugar. But they're not burnt!😝

I love thin seasoning, so I'd have been happy with just pepper and cheese. I wanna no salt hehe.

麺はスパゲティに重曹を入れて。レトルトスープの具はキロ200円の和牛の牛脂とニンニクでうま味UP!
Spaghetti can be made to look like Chinese noodles by cooking it with baking powder. For the soup, I used Wagyu beef tallow to fry the ingredients. It costs ¥200/kg.

I cooked buri (yellowtail)-daikon while I was putting away the groceries from the supermarket. It is one of my favourite dishes.

ワンパン。レモンとクリームチーズ。味を調えるのに入れたオイルサーディンが、いつものごとくいい仕事をしてくれた。
This pasta is cooked entirely in one pan, from the boiling stage. Japanese lemon and cream cheese. Then the sardine in oil was a very nice addition.

ちょっと前に開封した蕎麦粉がまだたくさん残っているので優先使用。使った粉は40gくらいだけど、寝ぼけてキャベツをボールいっぱい刻んだ結果w
There was some Soba flour left over from last year, so I used that. I used 40g. This amount is due to the cabbage, which was cut into many sleepy pieces!
