#GovRec funds medical, prescription drug, and dental inflation for #PEBP at 3.55% in FY26 and an additional 3.50% in FY27. These are again lower than trends projected by PEBP's actuary, putting pressure on benefits despite the increase in per-employee funding (to restore depleted reserves). #nvleg
