Many years ago Ed Miliband introduced a concept that had always been an aspiration of the Labour Party called #PREDISTRIBUTION. It forms one of the key beliefs of socialism. That is, ensuring everyone has a more equal share of economic power and wealth. Kier Starmer's Labour is doing the reverse!
