Well and today there is a “system glitch” advising them their card is paused, and none of the chat or automated attendant options will work; just waited 66 minutes on customer service to be told their mistake, no sorry or other explanation. Go figure. #prestocard fail

Any other transit users in Ontario (or elsewhere) having trouble loading funds onto their #PRESTOcard over the website? Yesterday + today I just see endless loading screens.
OCTranspo will be capping Presto card payments to the monthly fare starting 1 August 2025. So a person tapping $4 single fares will cap at $135 during that month.

Even if it’s been years since it was implemented, unlimited 2h transfer window on the #TTC still feel like such a life hack. Going somewhere and coming back on the same fare feels like a much better bargain.
