Year 3 celebrated #OddSockDay 🧦and #AntiBullyingWeek2025 by discussing what bullying is and the different people involved beyond just the ring-leader and target. We acted out the ways we can defend people from bullying rather than being a bystander.

Year 3 have been learning about different families and how important they are to people. Every year we visit Year 7 pupils to find out how well we prepared them for their transition to secondary school and how they have settled in. Today we visited The Emmanuel Secondary School. Our past pupils gave Welbeck a huge thumbs for a job well done! #PSHEatWelbeck

Our KS2 assembly had guests from the Council’s Clean Champions team and Green Meadows. They spoke to pupils about the right to a clean environment, littering and how they can recycle. Some pupils will be litter picking on Friday as part of the Big Meadows Clean Up! #PSHEatWelbeck
Today, Sunday 21st September, is International Day of Peace 🕊. KS1 held an assembly to mark the occasion. We learned what peace is and how we can make our classrooms, school, home, and world a more peaceful place. #PSHEatWelbeck
