The Good: I finally got off my ass and implemented some blogging functionality on my personal site.

The Bad: I nuked any and all styling so I can implement a new design.

As for #CMS I had 3 options, #TinaCMS, #PagesCMS and my current #DecapCMS. Tina was removed from the list because the self hosted version doesn’t support git backed media storage(weird). Yet to decide between Pages and Decap. Though one thing is clear I’ll be sticking to git backed CMS.
