#pappardelle , ami nem sikerült. Kelttésztában ügyes vagyok, de ez a tojásos cucc kifogott rajtam elsőre, fogok még próbálkozni. Túl vastag lett és nehéz, valószínűleg keveset gyúrtam. Ilyen tekercsek lettek, ezeket bontottam ki, eddig OK is, de harmad ilyen vastagság elegendő legközelebb.
