Ich bin ganz oben an einer Kletterwand die mit einem Dach zum Begleitern endet und ich dachte gerade da oben ich Klipse eine Exe , das ist eine Sicherheit für das Seil

Ich bin gestürzt und hänge im Kletterseil werde abgelassen und man sieht dass die Wand Überhängen ist weil ich diese nicht berühre
Da oben sind die Gefühle schön. Auch wenn ich mich nicht lange festhalten kann. Noch schaffe ich die Route nicht ganz... ist schön, weil ich vorstieg klettern kann, ich berühre die Wand beim stürzen nicht.

Ich leite eine Person an die Null auch eine steile Rampe vom skaten mit ihrem Rollstuhl hoch rollt indem sie sich an seilen sichert und hochzieht
Ich hatte überlegt wie es gehen könnte, wie ich die Sicherungspunkte ansetze. Es hat auf Anhieb geklappt. Mit 2 verschieden Rollstühlen. Je nachdem wie der Rollstuhlrahmen ist muss man überlegen und anpassen.

Hart für die Gelenke, letzter #Rheuma schub nicht lange her. Weg zum Fels mit #Rollstuhl + Vorsatzrad, ein Abenteuer, dann abseilen zum Fuß vom Fels. Ich schaffe nur ein paar Routen, aber die tollen Gefühlen des Kletterns, der Stein. Schön.
