Piemontesisches zu Weihnachten Beiträge der Pasta Grannies habe ich schon ein paar Mal veröffentlicht. Dieses Video habe ich vor fast einem Jahr entdeckt und mir für dieses Weihnachtsfest  aufgespart (sorry, wegen der Werbung...): Die 96jährige Ida -nicht zum ersten Mal bei den Pasta Grannies- lebt in Castagnole delle Lanza - gelegen im südöstlichen Piemont zwsichen Alba und Asti.  Nahe dem Kultort Neive -woher die wunderbare Laura stammt (anderes Thema)-  wohnen in der kleinen Kommune keine 4.000 Menschen, die sich auf 15 (!) Dörfer und Weiler verteilen, die Annunziata, Carossi, Farinere, Olmo, Piani, Rivella, San Bartolomeo, San Defendente, San Grato, San Lorenzo, San Pietro, San Rocco, Santa Maria, Val Bera und Valle Tanaro heißen.

Stress baking. Made kerchief pasta last night from scratch. Been making pasta at home for years, since #pastagrannies inspired me. Fresh pasta is so amazing. We had a huge salad and this, roast chicken in a garlic caper parmesan cream sauce.
