ケニア ルンゲト ピーベリー (中深煎り)
先日届いたコーヒー豆を早速開けてみました。
コーヒーチェリーには豆が2つ入っているところ、枝の先端部に豆が1つしか入っていないものができることがあるそうです。
これがピーベリーで、確かに豆が丸くて小さいです。
収穫量は全体の5%という希少種、栄養素が一つの豆に集約するのだとか。
