Orlando had to fight and scratch for this one and
TAZ 27/6/4/1/1/2/3 outscored them almost alone on four-shots-made in the fourth to their 5 from the field.
The #Magic are going to hate the tape in the second and third quarters when they went down by 15 points. But the #Magic buckled down with a stellar defensive fourth quarter. Paolo and Bane made huge plays. Carter and Franz finished it off. #Magic beat the #Pelicans 112-108.
Carter with a huge rebound after challenging a Zion shot. And Wagner hits a huge stepback mid-range over Zion. The #Pelicans scored their first field goal in 4+ mins. But the #Magic have a lot of breathing room now. Just need to make free throws.

Wendell Carter with a pair of big plays. Tied up Yves Missi on a rebound and knocked it out of bounds for a #Magic ball. Then he follows Franz on a layup and cleans up the miss for the basket. #Pelicans spend their 3-minute timeout. #Magic lead.

The #Magic found a burst of energy to close the third quarter, taking a 15-point deficit down to four. They are going to need to maintain that energy to get this win. Have to play with some urgency. Paolo has steadily been improving this game.

It's another slow start to the third quarter for the #Magic. They are just slower to the ball. #Pelicans playing with a lot more energy. The energy is what won them the first. Now the Magic look down on themselves with all the misses. Confidence is needed.
