We enjoyed an excellent guided walk with Stuart Hemsley-Rice at Penllergaer Valley Woods yesterday. We had a full brief of the brilliant conservation going on + fit inished nicely with views of dipper and grey wagtails on the river. Thank you Stuart!

Waterfall going well at #Penllergaer Valley Woods today

A usually thin, drippy natural waterfall spilling over rocks and dropping 6 metres on to a jutting rock before forming a pool. The rocky niche behind the water is clothed in deep green healthy moss. Tree branches hide the top of the waterfall.
