So #PeterChanoyov owns a hosting company in Russia called #Hostkey. #Hostkey began hosting #Wikileaks sites in October 2016. The Business Development Manager for HostKey is #MaksimDanalov. I see how this would lead people to suspect that Wikileaks has been coopted by the Russian
