It occurred to me one way to group photos would be to sort by the markings & stamps on reverse. These are all undated now I need to compare them to the reverse of the dated ones to see if I can find where these fit in history 😁.

So many documents, family photos etc and probably lots of duplicates too.
First job put recent events into albums to make it easier to download to my laptop.

In the interests of #Photogenealogy, I asked ChatGPT to remaster an #OldPhoto for me and make it look like it would when it was taken.
(yes, I know about the environmental/ethical consequences of AI)

Been one of those weeks very little time to do much Genealogy wise. Started a list of School Masters for my #OnePlaceStudy & scanned and cleaned a few more photos plus some stludy. Made use of the odd spare hour.

Does anyone have good resources/knowledge they can pass along for id'ing and dating old photos? Lucky enough to have an old album, belonged to my GG Grandparents, and only 3 photos are labeled.
I have carefully scanned and organized, trying to id them.
