国産豚の角煮と味玉。
豚バラ肉を生姜とネギの青い部分と一緒に下茹でする。キッチンペーパーは落し蓋の代わり。
一旦冷まして余分な脂を取り除いたらスライスした玉ねぎを入れて醤油、酒、みりんでコトコト煮る。ここでもキッチンペーパーを落し蓋代わりに使う。玉ねぎの形が無くなるまで煮たらゆで玉子を入れて一晩置いて食べる。
よく味が染みた肉は柔らかく脂はとろとろ。
味玉もしっとりよく味が染みて良い出来。
ビールもよく冷えている。
