It's Portland Pizza Week! I'm at Boxcar Pizza where everything on the menu is vegan! This slice is called "All the slaw things" You don't have to go full vegan, but have you tried eating less meat? #PizzaWeek #PortlandPizzaWeek #Vegan

On the top is a slice of All The Slaw Things from Boxcar Pizza, which consists of luscious melty Good Planet Foods vegan mozzarella/cheddar blend, lively, seasoned, crispy, meaty Buddy’s Steaks fried plant-based chicken, waffle fries, pickles, coleslaw and vegan honey mustard on a thick sourdough crust with crispy edges and a light and airy crumb inside. Underneath on the left is a slice of Spicy BBQ Chick-n from Virtuous Pie, which consists of spicy BBQ soy curls standing in for chicken, blistered shishito peppers, 🐄🥛-free cheddar shreds, San Marzano tomato sauce, pickled red onions, and fresh cilantro on a satisfyingly crisp and chewy crust. Underneath on the right is two slices of The Last Ronin from Secret Pizza Society, which consists of sweet potato mash, earthy roasted beets, mustard greens, and melty vegan marshmallows on a crust that had a satisfyingly chewy crumb and crispy edges, with a light sprinkle of salt. The two slices together were $4, the same as the single slices from the other two restaurants.
