This study evaluates the ability of #GPT-4o to retrieve data from #PubChem using natural language prompts. The authors assess eight representative access tasks and find that while direct prompting often falls short, generating programmatic queries yields more accurate results.

Does anyone know how to notify #PubChem about a discrepancy in their SDF data? I noticed that the headers for the amount of atoms and bonds was not space separated but it seems like the bonds' start to end values are also messed up.
