The #Tulsa Housing Authority could have a new name next year and — theoretically — a resolution to its four-year #audit backlog by the end of 2027.

Meanwhile, a #THA client says residents are tired of poor communication from the #PublicHousing agency.

Tokyo: relatively liberal upzoning + national land use authority. Still affordable.
Minneapolis: abolished single-family zoning citywide. Supply is responding.
