I talk about DMC too much, so here's one I never mention: with a few tweaks to her backstory and why she'd be in Japan, Punchy could slot nicely into Judgment. Specifically Judgment because there's more wiggle room for her (and there's Someone there)

Depending on the vibe of the modern AU, I've had Punchy as the following:
- dog rescue/shelter owner
- club bouncer
- right hand of a crime lord
For an AU where Punchy and Yotsuyu are together for some reason. Punchy sits on the floor in front of Yotsuyu, leaning back into her legs. Her left arm is lifted up and back where her hand rests on the back of Yotsuyu's waist. With her pipe in her left hand, Yotsuyu caresses Punchy's face with her right.

That mermaid AU but she's a shark and Urianger insists on being on or near the water despite being unable to swim. She refuses to eat him because he's not good sport and has very little meat on his bones anyway so she just keeps dumping him back on land. It's endearing after the 7th time.
