Oof, I am so disappointed in the coverage of #PuntaGordaFl 's protest. Anyway, does anyone have any advice for me? I'm #ADHD altruistic & care about everyone & the entire planet. Yet, it's not sustainable to have such a large ocean to focus on & it's difficult to pick only a few issues to fight for.
