Today's shitty Experience design, this is from Qantas Marketplace, when I selected Pay now.

First an unintelligible error, then a useless error.

That's after I received an SMS and email thanking me for my order. Now the page is stuck in a loading loop, as I "try again"

So 1. Who compensates the customers for the breach and any subsequent losses? and 2. Why does there never seem to be any action taken by authorities when these breaches occur? As far as I'm aware (so far) our Govs have managed to protect our data, so presumably the tech. exists to do so? #QantasFail

Family of three, all got the email. I go to great length avoiding giving DOB, full name and address but unfortunately Qantas is one that has got it. Every time I’ve had to call them you can hear the enormous, overseas based call centre you are connected to, calls drop out. Over them. #QantasFail

Guy from my work was bumped from a qantas flight this afternoon to a flight tomorrow morning and they told him he was on his own and would have to sort his own accommodation. #qantasfail
