Hab grad mit Freude festgestellt, dass ich mein Lilygo T3 S3 2,4GHz Modul doch nicht zerschossen habe und bin nun geneigt mal eine Richtantenne auf den Satelliten zu halten.

Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, school contacts with Neumayer Station III (call sign DPØGVN) are not possible until the new crew arrives in around mid-November 2026.

Had a QSO with him last months via #QO100 ... nice op! And I think it's my only QSO with IRAQ, although I also have the QSL from 8Z4 Neutral Zone between Saudi Arabia.😎😃

Just worked Yousif #YI1YJK in Baghdad via the #QO100 sat. He was using 8W & two 80cm dishes (RX & TX) located inside his 2nd floor apartment. #amateurradio #hamradio 2,569 miles between our respective QTHs but our signals were making a round trip of 44,600 miles up to and back down from the sat 🛰 😄

Genuine RTL-SDR blog v4 dongle, Bias T powerr injector, red bullseye LNB for QO-100 reception

postman just delivered some new toys :)
need to get the dish and a power supply for the LNB (12-19v i think it is) now
then i can see if i can receive anything off QO-100
get receive working then add TX to the setup
want to see the traffic before i invest in 2.4ghz TX kit

hopefully will arrive in about a week, then just need a dish and some time now :)
