This may be a fairly small achievement for most, but I just wrote the first 1,300 words for my book that I've wanted to write for many years. It's just a start, but it's one that's eluded me for far too long. Way more to come, but its beginning!

I'm taking today (Mon) mostly off to rest/recover from my weekend, but here's my goals for the rest of the week.

-Edit for clients & return some edits
-Write AnimalsWIP
-Write a poem for poetry month
-Read books

#queerwriters I'm actually working on better routines for writing as it's been rough trying to schedule time to write recently among bad mental health and still looking for work.

Goals:
At least start/ finish a project
Spend at least one hour this week to write
Make a goal plan for priority stories

Been struggling with energy and motivation the last week and change so, honestly, I'd just be happy to get anything done, even if it's just editing one chapter. 😔 More would be nice, of course, but really any progress by this point would be welcomed.

Hi #queerwriters! I don’t expect to do a lot, since my teenager is on break from school this week, but it would be nice to find some time to work on my WIP.

#QueerWriters I got my onboarding for a contract last night, so I need to make sure I get all of that squared away. Also wrote something like 15k words over two projects over the weekend. so yay!
