- Call the ambulance
- Keep Harlan alert and breathing on his own while he still could
- Be prepared to begin rescue breathing once Harlan stopped breathing
- Then she would have continued providing rescue breaths until the ambulance arrived.

IMO the Red Cross is missing a HUGE opportunity to educate the public regarding the need for #RESCUEBREATHS.
YES Hands Only CPR is effective in Sudden Cardiac Arrest for a short time.
It is NOT effective for #Drowning or other respiratory etiology.
People are smart: they can learn the difference.
