3/16/1945: F/O Pennington flies #P51 #LucyGal on a strafing mission over Plattling, Austria & Gars, Germany. The 332nd destroyed a Bf-109 on takeoff, lost 1 P-51 by tree strike, and destroyed trains/buildings/aircraft on the ground.

3/15/1945: F/O Pennington assists a B-24 bomber escort mission over Flotsam, Yugoslavia while flying the #P51 #LucyGal. Labeled as a "special mission" in the report, "8 effective sorties" resulted from the day's actions.
