runnのテスト生成でClaude Codeのスキルを段階的に育てていった結果、2週間で量産体制。

重要なのは「API単位で分割してサブエージェントに委譲」すること。コンテキストが溢れない工夫が効いた。

runnの記法をClaudeに教えるには「NGパターン×OKパターン」の蓄積が必須。
