If you were working 35hrs a week then it’s 1 less hour
If 37.5hrs then it’s 3.5hrs
If 40hrs then it’s 6 less - not a whole day
Of course if the employer allows the average working day to remain the same then that’s up to them

I moved to @absoluteradio.bsky.social as one of the “Radio 2 refugees” and have never regretted it. The Breakfast Show became way too frenetic, and they put Scott Mills in charge .. sometime I wonder if #radio2 are trying to lose listeners .. at least they didn’t give it to McGuiness #bbc #radiotwo
